You will receive confirmation of the payment made, and be requested to schedule a Zoom meeting with Van where you choose a date and time that works best from you from an online scheduler.
The $9,997 cost to join the 4F's Mentorship Program is for the payment of the full balance at the time of joining the Program. Payment arrangements can be made where the total amount is spread over several months at an additional cost. At your scheduled meeting with Van, he will provide you with more specifics on the monthly payment option.
Van administers the program and participates directly in mentorship, coaching and implementation guidance. This direct involvement is why enrollment from this event is limited to four new members.
Yes! Van encourages everyone in the family to participate in the Program. Investment partners are allowed with permission received from Van prior to enrollment into the Program.
It's pretty simple... We are so confident in the results that we can provide everyone in the Program that we guarantee results. If you have done your part as a participant in the Program by following all of the instructions provided, and for some reason you haven't successfully purchased an investment property in one year from becoming a member, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee in the Program. That's it... It is clearly stated in the Mentorship Agreement that you will need to review and sign prior to entry into the Program.
No. A place is held only after the $997 deposit has been completed. Calls remain available only while mentorship capacity is still open.
